HOW TO ORDER
To place your order, complete the Order Form below or call CD&E toll-free: 800/528-CAGE.
Using the Order Form, you may process your order in one of three ways:
  • Use the SUBMIT button at the end of the form to transmit your order directly to CD&E, or
  • Print the form and FAX to CD&E at 209/295-2001, or
  • Print the form and MAIL to CD&E at: P.O. Box 821 Pine Grove, CA 95665.
Your order will be confirmed by e-mail. If you do not provide an e-mail address, you will be contacted by phone.

SOLID OPTIONS
Solid panel, partial-solid, and built-in litter guard options are available for any model. To order these options, use the Additional Order Information box below to specify which panels you would alter when your enclosure is constructed (i.e. “solid back panel, side panels 1/2 solid each level”).
Partial solid options are standard at 12” unless you request a different height.
Litter guards are standard at 4” unless you request a different height.
The Order Confirmation will include these items including the itemized cost. If you would like to calculate the cost yourself, use the following guidelines:
  • Solid panel upgrades: $4/sq.ft.
    EX: s520 back is 5’x5 – 25 sq.ft x $4 = $100
  • Partial Solid panel upgrades: $10/linear ft.
    EX: s540 side is 3’ – 3 ft x $10 = $30 x 2 levels = $60 per side
  • Litter Guards: $10/linear ft.
    EX: s550 side is 30” – 2.5 ft x $10 = $25 x 2 levels = $50 per side

Additional Order Information

  7% P&H will be added to all orders
Sales tax will be added only to orders shipped to CALIFORNIA
 
SHIPPING
Shipments vary by weight, size, destination, and commercial or residential delivery. Each freight shipment is priced with a number of companies to ensure CD&E’s customers receive the most economical rate possible. Your Order Confirmation will include the shipping charges applicable for your order. [See additional information under SHIPPING link]


PAYMENT
CD&E accepts all major credit cards, wire transfers, money orders, and cashier's checks. Except for custom orders, your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to ship.
