PACKAGE & HANDLING, SHIPPING and ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ð     Add 7% Package & Handling to all orders

ð     All orders must be prepaid.  We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and cashier’s checks. Except for custom orders, we do not charge your card until your order is ready to ship.  International orders must be paid by wire transfer.

ð     We feel an obligation to our customers to complete all orders in the order received and within the minimum time frame possible. We stock many of our models, however, during peak order times manufacturing time may be delayed.

ð     CD&E uses a wide variety of national shipping companies.  Smaller enclosures are shipped UPS while those with larger dimensions are shipped by freight service.  Each freight shipment is priced with a number of companies to ensure CD&E’s customers receive the most economical rate possible.  We will advise you of all the shipping options available.  If expedited service is needed, please let us know at the time of order, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request and provide the shipping options. All prices are FOB Pioneer, CA.  Call for shipping quotes.

ð     Customer must be available for delivery by common carrier unless otherwise authorized.

ð     Any visible damage to the box(es) incurred during shipping must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery otherwise the carrier will not assume full responsibility.  In order to receive replacement parts for damage caused during shipping, damages must be reported to CD&E within 24 hours of receipt.

ð     Prior authorization is required for any returned goods and customer pays for return shipping * A 15% restocking fee applies and there is no refund on shipping.  There is NO return on orders for Custom or Customized Orders.
